When you’re ready to apply as a first-year or transfer student, undergraduate admission is handled through the university’s admissions process. Prospective Graduate Students

Join us online for a quick, high-level introduction to Data Science at W&M, including degree pathways (Bachelors/Minor, MS, PhD), what our students go on to build, and how to connect with faculty and advising. Data Day is our annual spring online showcase and visit opportunity. Join to see what W&M data science looks like in practice - student project highlights, research snapshots, and how AI connects with real problems across fields. It’s also a straightforward way to learn about pathways into the Bachelors/Minor, Masters options, the PhD, and how to connect with faculty and advising.
